Q: When will my order ship?
For In-stock items, the order will ship in 1-3 business days.
Preorders usually last a week, unless stated otherwise. Once the preorder is over, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to finalize & ship orders after printing.
Q: Will I recieve a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Q: What are your shipping terms and conditions?
We not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is crucial for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final, we do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully (Size, Color, Design), before submitting. Refer to Size Chart in product Images. Ensure you have the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that end up at the wrong address. Prices are in USD.
